About Calling (Why do they find it unclear or not loud enough when I call them?)
There are 3 factors may lead to unsatisfactory call quality:
1. The open ear headphones Mic can pick up surrounding noise during calls.
2.The fully sealed housing design may affect Mic reception.
3. APP calls might lower calling quality of both sides.
(If your calls are still not clear in a quiet indoors environment, please contact us and we'll solve the problem for you.)
About Sound Quality (Why the bass is not enough?)
Unlike TWS headphones with noise-canceling, our open ear bone conduction
headphones can not fully close the ear canal to enhance the bass effect.
Equal to the BASS sound of TWS headphones, your ears will have a stronger vibration, making you feel uncomfortable. They require higher volume to get same bass effect like TWS, potentially cause unhealthy during long-term wear.
About Wearing (Why they are large or small with a sense of compression?)
Different people's ear size will be a little different, cause some to feel the
headphones are too big to fall off.
If you find the size unsuitable, please contact us for are fund or recommendations on a better fit.
How long will it take to get my orders?
It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
